The Elms was built in 1920 as the resident studio/gallery of Dr. and Mrs. Nan Sheets. Cited in 1931 as being among the most distinguished homes in Oklahoma City. The Elms has been restored to its original purpose. Joy Reed Belt is the current owner and director of the gallery. The Elms features thoughtful and enriching paintings, drawings, sculpture, ceramics, fiber art and photographs carefully selected from established artists shown in an historic gallery.
